What we store

Your name, email, phone, the vehicle you list when signing the waiver, waiver signature record, and rental details, stored in our Firestore database (not on your device). We also record the browser/device info (user agent) attached to a signed waiver, as part of its signature record. No card data is collected — payments are simulated during testing.

Liability

Vehicles and property stored at Texas Empty Lots are stored at the owner's own risk. The operator carries no insurance on stored property. See the full waiver you sign at sign-up.
